Karli IngersollNeicy Frey is a Spokane treasure. You’ve likely seen her art in Boots or downtown at the Ruby 2 hotel near the Steamplant or at gallery shows around town. I’m obsessed with her recent colorful, abstract paintings. I think they would make a great Christmas gift for an art lover family member or friend.
